Someone should get a business license and try to open up Pokemon centers around Vegas that can cater to Pokemon Go players as rest stops and affordable food and drinks....
Brandon M. replied:
They have real Poke Centers in Japan and I think one in New York, owned by Nintendo, so maybe if enough people request one, they will build one here

The other aspect is you need to remember is you'll be competing with other, already established businesses who are already set up PokeStops or Gyms. Especially since Niantic has somewhat confirmed that sponsored spots are coming down the road: http://www.forbes.com/sites/jasonevangelho/2016/07/12/niantic-ceo-confirms-sponsored-locations-are-coming-to-pokemon-go/#acc147 c137 e4 If you do set up a Pokemon-specific location (assuming you navigate the IP issues with Nintendo) you'll want to place it near other established businesses to maximize the value. (Also, as someone who technically owns their own business, my business license and fees are around $700+ a year)
