The center for individual, couple, and family counseling at UNLV operates on a sliding scale based on income from $0-$35 per session (but most clients are free). The therapists are students in training but they have very experienced therapists consulting them.

If you have insurance, use their site to look for specific care. There are also virtual opportunities for therapy, which protects both you, the doc, and there's less travel. Virtual care has really evolved.

What size is your pup? We used to just pay the $100 per flight pet fee when we flew back and forth to Seattle. Not sure what the rules are now though. I'd call the airline you are flying and ask. I think there was a 25 lb. restriction at that time and you had to have a soft. carrier that fit under the seat.
