Husky Chiopractic. Dr. Huskey did wonders for my back pain for years. Unfortuately 4 & a half hours is a bit to far for me to drive to see him now.

If you're willing to drive, Spartanburg has Sherman College of Straight Chiropractic. I go there every 2 weeks and have always had great adjustments by the interns, who are supervised very closely by attending docs. $15 per session! Can't beat that!
