Yes. I have worked through care.com and sittercity in the past. The only reasons they would take a percent is if a sitter said they wanted to be paid o the books. These sites also use wepay which is a paypal type thing where you would pay an additional fee. I wish you luck with this! From my perspective, it can be hard to find a good family to work for--can only imagine it is infinitely harder on your end!!
