Paid 7500 for mine last year. My house is just shy of 2000 square feet. Used Davis roofing as they were the cheapest. Got a 10 year workmanship warranty. I couldn’t find find any other roofer that would give me more and a year or two on the workmanship. Shingles are supposedly guaranteed for 50 years. Don’t even think of calling Skywalker roofing. They quoted 18 thousand for their shingle roof and 26 thousand for their metal roof.
