Hawkins dental. In plaza across 141 from qt. hands down best dentist. My whole family foes to him. I had a toothache in middle of night and made appointment first thing next morning. He yelled at me because I did not call exchange in middle of night. He said he would have met me at office at 2 am so I wouldn't have been in pain. My whole family goes to him now.

I don't think a chiropractor is covered. The dentist in High Ridge next to Subway is awesome and I think she takes Medicaid. Dillon family plaza medicine is same day service so you could check them out for back issues... Good luck!
