It's a drive or send by post to The Watch Doctors in Tring also known as Tring Horologists. They'll do the battery replace the seal with a warranty about £20 to £30 while you wait excellent

Thanks all. Think I will contact The shop that we bought it from again first as its actually been dead for about 6 months which meant it only lasted about 1.5 years! If no joy I'll try Tag then start contacting some of these companies.

Go to tagheuer.com customer service. You can send to them by post directly. You should be able to contact them for a price. When I worked for Seiko it was cheaper to post or bring watches directly, which many customers did, as jewellers etc can put up to 100% mark up on the manufacturers charge. To get the seals replaced correctly the jewellers often send them back to manufacturer! It's worth a try x
