I used a solicitor in Chesham last year, IBB Solicitors as my Mother was moved into a Residential Home & she had used them previously. I know its not local but I would highly recommend them for the time they took, understanding & patience.

You need for Environmental health to come out first before taking any action. We have the same in my flat and much worse from what I can see here. They were not helpful. There is a lady on her I think her name is Kelly who has had major issues and has got nowhere.
