Sarah Bornstein Howard its actually somewhere inside the disposal. It fell in and when we went to dig it out its just not there. And my dad took apart all the pipes but it couldn't have even gotten that far. The disposal needs to come off.

You aren't obligated to switch until your existing d rain field fails. Call Emerald Coat Septic, they were great when I needed them last year.

Also look at www.santarosa.fl.gov for answers. Check the Holley Navarre water site. Tap fee is listed as 125. The septic hookup from the house may cost a little bit since the existing septic tank and drain field may have to be filled or removed.

ha! never ever ever purchase a spec home! once the builder gets his $$$ you never see him again. it's one excuse after another and quite sad and extremely discouraging. one thing I can say about Mazzochi Construction. they continue to go back to old clients and help them. its just good customer service.
