I uset to work for him. Every day he would pick me up in that step van of his in front of te bar that use to be at the corner of Race Street and Pearl Street.

Anyone have suggestions for a restaurant that is good for 10-12 person groups? Hibachi-style preferred but open to suggestions.

Asellina at Gansevoort Park Ave South has a round table that fits 12. Barbuto in Meatpacking/W Village has a chef table maybe better for 10. Resto in Gramercy will do a whole animal for your group. The Breslin will do a whole Pig for that size. Madangsui on W 35 may be your Korean fix.. New Asiya on 1 st Ave/10 th is all you can drink sushi. always check w these guys: http://www.immaculateinfatuation.com/
