Chef Howard at Artisan Cooking School is great too. He's in Grand Haven but does catering in Holland as well and uses a lot of local sources.

Blue Spoon Catering was incredible. They catered for TedX GR and other events where the food was fresh, healthy and I think if you request they will choose to use in season, local foods. All while supporting individuals gaining training and employment that they would not have had the opportunity to do! I'm a big fan!!

We used The Gilmore Collection from The Bob for Abbie's wedding. Wonderful servers and awesome food.
