Three Rivers Inspection (http://www.threeriversinspection.com/) was great for me. Russell Kowalik is an inspector as well as a structural engineer. He got me out of a horrible situation where the homeowners removed a load-bearing wall without disclosing it. He noticed that the house was starting to sag in the middle and got me out of the contract.
