Likely submitting an offer on a house in Greenfield -- can anyone recommend a great home inspector? Any recommendations or advice will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you very much for any assistance you may offer!

Three Rivers Inspection, Russell Kowalik. He did a pretty thorough inspection on the townhouse I bought last year, and I work in construction so I know a lot of things to look for. Threeriversinspection.com
Did anyone have any recent experience with a certified home inspector in the Pittsburgh area ( preferably in the east), either pro or con?

Russ Kowalik, (412) 331-5665. He has inspected both of my houses through his business, Three Rivers Inspection & Engineering. He's a CMU grad and has the level of attention to detail that my brain requires. Plus he's just a genuinely nice guy. Bonus: Affordable.
I need a home inspector. Do you know/ trust one you could refer me to?

Three Rivers Inspection (http://www.threeriversinspection.com/) was great for me. Russell Kowalik is an inspector as well as a structural engineer. He got me out of a horrible situation where the homeowners removed a load-bearing wall without disclosing it. He noticed that the house was starting to sag in the middle and got me out of the contract.
Need recommendation for structural engineer with crew to stabilize floor and open wall. Found people that do one or the other, but want combined.

We used http://www.threeriversinspection.com/ for engineering services and Mathews Construction 2330 Clinton Street Munhall, PA 15120-2661 (412)287-5581ericmathews@hotmail.com for the actual work. Both were excellent. Matthews did a great job opening ceilings and closing finish work. We had main house beam supported and front and rear exterior walls stabilized.
