I've worked with a few folks over the years, but a lady in south side who flips a lot of houses and has rental property uses this guy and he's helped me save a lot of money on units because he fixes the old ones. Very honest. He's like the hvac whisperer. He really does not try to up sell you. Very reasonable and if nothing else he can give you economic suggestion to keep your unit running. Very nice guy.
