Does anyone have the personal number of a vet in town who can help me, it sounds ridiculous but my hamster is on the verge of death and we love him and want to save him
Robin D. replied:
He looks really sick. You can call the emergency clinic down the valley to see if they have any ideas as to whether you can do something for him. 604-514-1711 or maybe in abbotsford try 604-425-1900
Dr. Laura and staff are fantastic, across from bowling alley

There are many dogs out there with this issue, there are many different types of walkin wheels for dogs.. this one on amazon.. https://www.amazon.com/Dog-Wheelchair-Small-Walkin-Wheels/dp/B01BT84GEC this is from amazon.com but it's $135 USA I'm sure there must be something in canada.
Dr. Charles Hofs in Chilliwack. He is right to the point. No over charge I think the vet visit is only around 50.00. He will tell you strait. If it is, not needed, he will tell you so. A friend told me about him and my bills went down a lot. Thank you Vanda Gillon.

I did go to Coquihalla Vet until I found out the cost for the same procedure at the Hope Vet was 1/2 the price. So needless to say I now go to Hope Vet (by Envision). Both have great service though.
What is the most reasonable vet in the chilliwack/ aggaiz area? Valley veterinary vedder mountain. Sardis vet or chemal vet??
Dale K. replied:
Valley Vet in Sardis is great.
Pat F. replied:
I have heard that Menzies vet clinic is very reasonable. In Hope I found Hope Vet clinic to be less expensive than Coquihalla Vet.
Diana D. replied:
I found Hope Vet clinic more expensive especially for my senior clients.
Connie F. replied:
I also recommend Family Pet in Chilliwack or maybe it is Sardis. They are so great with the pets and prices are so much more reasonable. Plus they keep long hours 7 days a week. They are just so kind there.

Coquihalla / Kent have been good for our two dogs and one cat. Decent, caring folks. Really jumped into action last December when our older dog got seriously ill, they arranged for tests, imaging and ultimately referral for surgery and then after care.
