Also try Apple Cider Vinegar in his food and some wet food every day. I have a cat that has the same issues and I found this helps a great deal and I don't have to buy the expensive special food.

@John - Sonora Vet Specialists are the only ones I know of in the Phoenix area that administer the serum, not sure about the spinal tap - hopefully you have already been in touch with them. They are amazing and helped our puppy. . .he is still recovering from the serum, but everything is so far so good. Good luck and best wishes to your family and pup!
