Hi Rachel, i am an osteopath who lives in Horsham and works in Crawley. I have 15 years experience and have a masters degree in paediatric osteopathy which included treatment and advice to women during pregnancy and post partum. Have 3 children of my own so understand the discomfort of pregnancy. If you fancy a chat give me a call on 01293 562601. More than happy to advise you before treatment. Take care Suzanna Frisby.

Brit Chiro are excellent . I can't praise them enough .
John W. replied:
They study for 4 (or 5?) years Rebecca, so hardly 'quacks'! I go to Horsham Chiropractic Centre and find them brilliant. They have relieved my back and neck issues. And I'm still alive!! Give them a call Rachel, they will advise whether they can help you or not.
Kevin P. replied:
I personally wouldn't recommend massage even though like Laura's recommendation that is my profession. I would suggest an osteopath who specialises in cranial osteopathy. Not a diagnosis but it sounds as it could be pain is referring through your ribs from your thoracic vertebrae which a cranial osteopath could deal with. New street or pavilions osteopaths are both good as is Chris Wilson at Churches Osteopaths.
Lyn G. replied:
West Sussex chiropractors in Southgate. Dr Luke has got me actually moving whilst in no pain. They take X-rays to view the problems first hand, rather than guess.
Julie F. replied:
Brit Chiro in West Street, especially Charlene. Has really helped me.
Carol B. replied:
Before you PAY for treatment, Read this first. I suffered the same. It's due to a hormone called relaxin which your body produces during pregnancy. Inconvenient and uncomfortable, but quite common. Can effect all cartiledge and connective tissue in the body. Can be helped with exercise and posture. Ask your GP to refer you for physio. http://www.bloomingfit.com/exercises/28/hormones-exercise
Norman B. replied:
Go for an Osteopath any day, Dr Thwaites at Southwater
Beth H. replied:
I really struggled with my back in pregnancy and went to see Henry at Horsham Osteopaths in New Street. I can highly recommend. Him and Alex his business partner had to both work on me together at one point because of my bump and not lying on my tummy. They were amazing and sorted me out completely - I have used them before and my whole family use them, they will only recommend the appointments you need and if you can be sorted in one appointment then so be it. I have heard of people booking up courses of treatment elsewhere which I'm sure is a con to get you to pay more. Good luck x
