I've been to many osteopaths and physios over the years, and the best by far I've found is Bridgeham clinic (Ifield). If you explain your position they will fit you in - Trevor the main man has young kids so will help you out! They're amazing - professional, friendly and very effective as a team. http://bridgehamclinic.com/ Our whole family have been going for years - cant recommend highly enough!
