You can have storm windows put in, on the exterior or interior with your existing windows. Keeps the charm of the original windows, much cheaper than cheaply made replacement windows, can be more energy efficient than replacement, and reduce your noise level more as well..... google search the myths of replacement windows and check out Indow Storm Windows.
