From IAH, it's at least an hour of drive time to the port so every car service is going to do at least a 2 hr minimum. If you had more people (closer to the 10 max) that would split chartering a Supershuttle, then you can get it down pretty cheap. They do a Towel Animal Festival on the Cozumel day early in the morning. I made a video of it on the Magic. http://youtu.be/NwkUkDsg6Mw
