If it's an electric shower how long have you had it?,If you've just installed it,it could be you've simply bought a cheap one (under £100) most likely around 8 kw which aren't really up to the job ( only one I'd recommend is Triton T80 around that price) it could also be your standing water pressure is low or connected to the c/w storage tank and either way would cause the same problem or just plain not work at all.. Hope you get sorted. Ay installations
