Try Hin Lek Fai restaurant. We have always had good food there. Out of town but well worth the trip. http://www.tripadvisor.co.uk/Restaurant_Review-g297922-d2660810-Reviews-Hin_Lek_Fai_Restaurant-Hua_Hin_Prachuap_Khiri_Khan_Province.html

It is out the Pala-U road. Pass Soi Mon Mai (lotuswell sign) and turn next right at Seven Eleven. It is about 200 metres up that road on the left. Same road takes you to Sweet Peppers.
