Yes Paul, as Chaz said, Bell Travel sells the tickets for the Roong Reung Coach Company who operate the bus from Hua Hin directly to Suvarnabhumi. It is 269 baht directly to the departures level of Suvarnabhumi, if that helps. The coach leaves from out near the Hua Hin airport at the newly built bus terminal. If it must be a taxi, you have a number of options from previous posters

If you're planning on dining I suggest you reserve a table, it gets very busy. Also be prepared to pay a huge bill for the pleasure, very expensive and extremely overpriced IMO. Try Mr Pepsi opposite Thipurai hotel for good taxi price. Also try Goy Bravo on this site.
