possibly contact Tan-Diau Pet Hospital (they have a Facebook page). I am not sure if they do housecalls but it's worth a try. I know they do have a vehicle that they use to pick pets up from people's houses though.(:

Gosh I hope your dog is ok and you must have had a bit of a shock too. I'm sure that incidents such as this are putting a lot of people off coming to Hua Hin for a holiday what with the rabies scare too. Not very pleasant at all xxx
