I live in the burbs now but it is so worth the drive downtown to see Eduardo at Blue Mambo. It is located inside Chelsea Market on Montrose. I've used him for years...even when we had to live in other states for work. I would fly in to have him do my color. They are having an open house in April to show off their new space!
