Do you want local in HB? If Manhattan Beach isn't too far for you Tin Roof is AWESOME! My in-laws had their 50 th wedding anniversary party there. They have delicious food, a private room and they also had a DJ. They brought in their own cake from next door…Suzies Cakes.

Edison center rents out for parties or used too. If your after a catered party, ask the caterer, most know of places. I know the Central Library rents rooms for wedding and such. Elks Club, American Legion Halls and such usually rent out. All depends on when you are having it. Some places are booked months in advance. Some places, such as the library only allow certain caterers, they have a list of caterers, for liability reasons and clean up, that they allow. If you decide on a catered party, I recommend Suzanne's Catering. She has been in business in HB for over 25 years and is not just a caterer but a party/event planner too.She has a FB page.
