A really good one is Linda Moon in HB. She's not cheap but will try and make the ex pay her fees. She also lets you make payments if it comes to that. I think a consultation is free. I know it's not what you are asking for but sometimes you have to miss an hour or two of work in order to get the help you need.

Gina, my ex worked under the table and used a PO Box and wouldn't answer calls. I was told the same thing through Child Support Services..."keep checking back if you get any new info and we did all we could". They won't make one more move until you provide them with a new lead on how/where to get hold of him. It's a nightmare.

The firm I used was Gilbert & Marlowe in Santa Ana and they have a lower rate available for divorce/custody issues if you can show need for lower rate. You might try them. They were extremely effective in my case too.
