By Design Tailors near South Coast Plaza: http://bydesigncustom.com/ I got a custom fitted suit through them and they are fantastic. I had mine paid for so I'm not 100% sure on the price, but these guys definitely know what looks good and don't rush the process. I have a really weird body and they made sure to get everything just right for me and the suit fits perfectly.

I highly recommend Victoria Cleaners run by a married couple, on Victoria, at the top of the hill in CM. I have been going there for 20 years. The woman is a great seamstress, they are very mindful of all details, never a problem- ever!
