I just had a tooth cut out at Midwest Oral and Maxifacial Surgery and it was $150 out of pocket. When it comes to having teeth removed, there really isn't a cheap place to get it done. If the teeth are broken, more than likely you will need to see an oral surgeon, but he may get lucky.
