Dr. Meredith in Ashland is awesome. We take the kids there, and he adjusted several pg women I know.:) Definately worth a shot, heating pad is ok on your back but not too hot and not for too long. Only Tylenol for pain right now, and if you have a birthing ball, sitting on it helps...weird I know.

Forget all other suggestions and go to Misty Hutchison over at Hutchison chiropractic. She and her staff are honestly the best and most friendly, and they are very reasonable and will work with you for anything. I had severe back issues from marching bass drum for several years, she helped straighten me out.

If you find yourself needing an adjustment again I would really recommend Dr. Jarod Addlington. I had problems for years and my "real" doctors were pushing for surgery. They Sid it was the only was to alleviate my pain. He ordered xrays, did a few adjustments...I only went 3-4 times ordered another set and you could see the visible change in my back and hips. He really knows what he's doing and doesn't overcharge or continue with appts when you don't need them.
