There's free yoga at 9 am at Hays Nature preserve on Saturdays:) otherwise there are some really amazing piyo and yoga instructors at Hogan Ymca!!

I've been going to yoga at Rocket Republic in Madison at 1:30 pm on Sundays. For $12 you get an hour long yoga class and a beer. It isn't specifically for runners, but I'm a runner with poor flexibility and it has been a good class for me

The first month at Bikram Hot Yoga Huntsville on Madison Blvd is $50 for unlimited hot yoga & hot pilates. I've been going since January & I love it. The heat makes it easier to be flexible & recover quicker from long distance races. My knees were horrible after my three 50 ks last year, and because of the yoga, they are strong now & pain free! I love the pilates classes as well...runners need strong cores too!

Christy Scott's Yoga For Runners is awesome, but it's at Fleet Feet in southeast Huntsville. If you want one in Madison, try Rocket Republic's Yoga class on Sunday afternoons.
