This guy just built us a wall in our basement and while he was waiting for the plaster to dry he spotted a couple other things wrong and just fixed them for free (loose tile, pot light, stair rail, etc..) he was the cheapest by over 40% and I expected him to be kinda slow and a little sloppy because of the huge difference in quote but I can't even believe what a good, quick job he did.
