I think there's one in the Horsefair (near Cabot Circus) and I recall seeing one just up the road from the Hippodrome (away from Colston Hall direction) in Bristol. But it's been a while since I've actually looked so they may not be there anymore. There's also Gilly Woo in Stokes Croft, she's a designer/dressmaker so not necessarily "off-the-peg" but but I'm sure I've seen dresses on display in her shop so she may have some available. http://gillywoo.com
