Jeremy Kay, the Incheon University Gym is available to all for a small entrance fee. They have showers, lockers, squash courts, driving range, an Olympic size swimming and provide you with towels. It was in renovation during the last couple of months, but they should be already finished. Also, there is a private gym in Central Park I basement. I think you can get a one month free trial

Nice gym under Casa Mia in Central Park mall. Also, harbor view 13, 14 and 15 have smaller gyms at very reasonable price

Or A&F Fitness in central park mall across from nc department store. Ive checked it out my self all the gyms around in Songdo area and I think A&F rocks compare to apple and first world one. I havent sign up for it yet but reasonably priced and great equipment also not to mention kind staff.
