It'd be a dead giveaway of our identities if I told you about the work he has done for me and my husband, but it's in a similar vain to what you're wanting. Good luck!

I've got 5 of my tattoos at Irezumi Tattoo and after 8 years my first one still looks great and I haven't touched it up. I got my most recent on at Freaks on Noland and they did a pretty good job also. I could tell you where not to go, but I don't want to offend anyone. ha

Yeah me too- and while I never got an infection, you can't completely sterilize those guns. Tattoo shops use a needle, and from everything I have read- do a much better job, are more state regulated, and cleaner, as well as better trained. So I want to go with a tattoo shop.

You can call and ask Purgatory tattoo. They are in Independence, my cousin used to work there and one of the families I babysit for are really good friends with everyone that works there. They are closed on Mondays. I just don't know if you have to be a certain age.
