I have 2 year old twins too! Mineral Springs United Methodist church has a preschool on 75. The cost for 2 year olds is $155/month for 2 days, and $180/month for 3 days a week.

Matthews United Methodist has a GREAT program. I think it's $225 ish for three days a week in the 2 yo class.

Wingate Baptist has a 3-day-a-week program for 2 year olds for $140 per month. The schedule is Tues-Weds-Thurs from 9 am-1 pm. I'm not sure what kind of availability they have or whether they offer a multi-child discount. I called a few weeks ago and they had a spot.
