Dr Jay Lo in the rising sun is amazing. I have never felt a thing and he puts his music on and sings along as he goes haha his really down to earth. I had a huge dentist fear until i went there. He numbs the needle spot before he even uses the numbing needle so you dont feel anything

May I suggest Southside Sedation in Cairns, while not a "general", they use a sedation drug system. You are not aware of what is going on. The Dentist is an expert in extraction of teeth. I had a tooth to come out that would not respond to normal injected anesthetic drugs. I found this Dentist and his anesthetist to be the answer. It is expensive. Perhaps make contact with them and see if they can help
