You're better to go somewhere you know is clean rather than just cheap as an infection in a tongue piercing can be very very bad. Also need to make sure the person has experience as the wrong place could be fatal. I got mine done at Body Art in Ayr, always impeccably clean and all needles etc are in sealed packages when you come in x
