Hi Trang. Its depending on the requirement for section 501(c)(3) tax exemption. See IRS Publication 557 for specifics each of these special 501(c)(3) groups and contact your state attorney general's office for special incorporation requirements for humane societies. However you have time to do this within 25 months back so take time and find the right CPA to help you. Good luck Trang and dont forget to contact me when you have some time.
