Yes it is cleaner. The one on 6 th street is nasty and stinks. Tom Thumb is expensive and everyone is rude that works there.

My yard guy is Abel Garcia@972/880-9527. Does about anything in a yard. Known him for years.
Jimilyn B. replied:
We shop at Aldi, Kroger, Tom Thumb (haven't encountered any rude employees there). Tom Thumb has a few things that Kroger's doesn't and is right across the street. We use the Tom Thumb and Kroger cards to help with gas. Love Aldi. We also go to Sprouts in Coppell and the Coppell Farmer's Market. Occasionally, we'll go to Whole Foods in Arlington.

Next big step towards making it REAL, is ss Clem Lear noted, they're one of the proposals in The Las Colinas Association ballot so that retail is an allowed use on that particular. Basically right across the street from Las Colinas Medical Center. They also noted there is a traffic study underway to the benefit of the hospital and the overall traffic flow in the area.
