Tom Thumb on Coit and Campbell has a very nice bakery including sugar free and if not mistaken gluten free but don't quote me. There's also that bakery on same intersection that everyone raves about.

Not too later, Michael, and Sandi too....I went to Central Market! Was choosing between them and Target and when I left work at 7 I had to fill up with gas and then realized I couldn't get in the tollway going north unless I backtracked, which is how I was going to get to target. So I said, well, central market it is! Got one sheet cake and one round cake, same price as most grocery stores I believe, and no high fructose corn syrup. Casey Mendez yes, reverie bakery is at Coit and Campbell and I am headed there on my way to work tomorrow to pick up some vegan desserts for three of us. I have heard rave reviews about them too. Thank you everyone, I really appreciate the input and also had no idea Target had cakes! I think I still learn something new every day:).
