I take my dog to Bostanci kopek/Kedi Kuafor. This may not be convenient for you, but worth the visit. They only do grooming, there are about a dozen groomers and they offer shaving and hand/scissor cutting. Here is their facebook page, the websıte seems to be down so you may wish to phone to check they havent moved locatıons, as so many buildings in that area are being reconstructed. https://www.facebook.com/mujdekopekkuaforu/

Some vets do offer a higher number do they don't have their skin showing. My dog got a #3 or something at the Vet Center. My dog doesn't like the process of being shaved but she is so much happier once the winter coat is gone.
