Chiropractic Health Care, at 520 W State Street Ithaca. I asked my doctor for a recommendation for a chiropractor that wasn't all about the mumbo-jumbo, and he instantly recommended this place. The original chiropractor I saw has retired, but his partner has taken over and is similarly no-nonsense.
