Jackson Creek vet used to offer lessons. I took my pit and rat terrier there and they are very well behaved boys.

Jackson Creek Vet clinic offer a 6 week training course. I think is 50$ for it. Also Margaret Blaire offers training as well. I know she does weekend classes, home calls and one on one at her ranch

I don't know what the prices are but Gold Country Pet Resort does classes I think, seems like such a great place, they have a FB page with lots of pictures, they post all the time... Also Saturdays at Twin Cedar, as long as your dog knows sit and stay, you can get a $15 group lesson.

I called Margaret Blair for training with my dog and she is $60 an hour for private lessons and $15 an hour for group lessons and she will tell you what she recommends. I have talked to two people I know whose dogs are so well behaved (1 a therapy dog and 1 a service dog) and they both said Margaret is fantastic.
