Steve, according to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_the_busiest_international_air_routes_in_Australia, the busiest route between Australia and EU are Heathrow, UK and Frankfurt, Germany. I'll try to find connections through these two cities. Also, you may want to contact this Israeli site at <dan@dansdeals.com> for recommendation of a Charedi/Frum agent who specializes with Australia destination. They'll be aware of your special situation and have a ready solution. Also, ask Chabad in Crown Hights for a recommended t. agent specializing with AU trips.
