The Dragon Campground Near Grider?
Eric H. replied:
Camplins Cumberland Retreat, its near Fall Creek Ramp just west of COnley but is still not that bad of a boat ride to state dock and certainly isn't any further to Harmon creek if that is your plan. http://www.camplinsretreat.com/ At least the times I have stayed there the prices were great and Fall Creek is a good ramp for most boats.

You can also go to the Russell County Tourism website: www.lakecumberlandvacation.com. Go to the tourism, vacation and planning tab and then accommodations and there is a list of several spots to choose from, all in one spot!

A few summers ago we kept our camper at Foggy Bottom Campground below the dam. It was never busy. Might give it a try - http://www.fishwolfcreek.com/RVPark.html.

There's a camp ground, full hookups in the Middletown area between Russell springs and Jamestown and he's real cheap. It's right on hwy 127 and may be called centre point. If u can't locate number, contact me and I will get it for you. Owner is Elwood Mann and he runs Peddlers Mall on hey 127, Russell springs.

We dock at Wolf Creek. There are some cabins near us called Fort Wahoo that look very nice. You could launch at WCM and it's an easy boat ride to State Dock or Alligator II. http://www.fortwahoo-lakecumberland.com/#2627
