I ended up using Associated Air out of Ellijay. They scheduled the visit at a time that was convenient for me, showed up when promised and got the heating unit running quickly. Was a minor repair and only took 15 min or so. I opted to have both upper and lower heating units "serviced" when I booked the appointment and paid for that service. I was disappointed when the service on the working unit was to pull the cover, cycle the unit off & back on, cycle the humidifier to see it's working and deem the unit serviced. In the past, service from others included cleaning & adjusting the burners and a more thorough diagnostic examination. The service was good but I would not pay the extra for preventative maintenance with Associated. Thanks everyone for the help in finding a good BC contractor. I'd put Associated as acceptable but not spectacular.
