Dr. Steven Balint (Cheltenham Internal Medicine), located on the west side of Old York Road (7848) just south of Spring Avenue in Elkins Park. Affiliated with Abington. Great guy, excellent physician.

Dr. Steven Balint Cheltenham Internal Medicine. We have Benner using him for many, many years. He is caring, smart and compassionate. He’s at OldYork Rd and Spring Ave across Spring from the Elkins Park House. 7848 Old York Rd. There’s another doc in the office, but we use Dr. Balint
Why do you think your doc is the best primary care doc in the area? Give me their names, too, please! I'm looking for a new doctor.

We love Steven Balint. Our whole family uses him now and he was highly recommended to us by friends who are Drs. He spent more time chatting with me at my initial visit than any Dr I have ever had and made me feel right at ease.

Second Dr. Rachel Rosen!
Rennie N. replied:
I second Steve Balint. He listens to you and does not push prescription drugs as a cure all.

Stephanie Ekizian at Elkins Park Medical Associates--she takes the time to actually talk to me and to listen. The docs and the whole office staff make me feel welcome.
Merry L. replied:
Bennett Cozen - he's the best. He spends a lot of time with you and calls you with test results. When you go for the first time he reviews any records and asks lots of questions to get a complete history. I have never had to wait. He actually schedules enough time for each patient.
