Most important thing to remember with them is that you must point your nose in the direction you want to see. ie: you can't just move your eyes to the right or left, you must move your head.

In addition to a good doc I recommend a good optician to make sure your new glasses are made correctly/well n fit you correctly. I recently found an excellent one at Sunrise Optical in yorktown center (Walgreens) and highly recommend.

Katie hey we use tri county ophthalmology for the girls.. Dr Decarlo is great and Dr Menicker and for me I used Lisa Davis at Elkins park eye associates. really happy with these providers.
