In Jersey City over Thanksgiving holiday, best liquor stores to possibly find Goose Island Bourbon County Stout? Oddly enough I'm from Chicago, but will be in Jersey...

Last year NJ got it early and stores sold it early. This year it won't be in NJ until December. Best bet is Philly or NYC. I plan on going to NYC for mine.

Try either Joe Canals on Route 1 South in Woodbridge or Wine and Beverage Depot on Riverview Drive in Totowa. These are my two favorite liquor stores in the state. A bottle King more local to Jersey City might have it too.

New Jersey will most likely not actually get BC until the week after. Some stores may, but rarely do stores actually sell it on Black Friday. Figured I would give you a heads up.

[Buy Rite in Fairview](https://www.beermenus.com/places/11153-buy-rite-of-fairview) might be worth looking into.

I'm not sure that you'll find BCBS in Jersey on Black Friday. I seem to remember it arriving in the state a few weeks later last year, but maybe a few places will have it on Black Friday.
Any recommendations for liquor stores in the heights with decent wine/beer selection?

Central Ave Liquors near Booream Ave.

Not really the Heights, but https://www.cheeseandwinestore.com/ in Hoboken is very close to the 9 th street light rail stop.

Not in the heights but Thirsty Quaker has a ridiculously interesting and excellent selection of just about everything for such a small space - and i'm English so i know of what i speak!
